As with any internet group,
we must have Rules and Guidelines.

1.)Anyone who wishes to
join S.U.G.A.R. must fill out an application form.
And Fill out the entire form. Our Leadership Staff will then review your
website
and if it meets our guidelines you will then be approved.

2.)All members will be
directly subscribed to the S.U.G.A.R. e-group,
and must remain on this group. This is to keep you informed of what is
happening,
changes as well as to sign a guestbook for a sister's birthday,
anniversary or
special occasions. You will however be able to change your
settings to have your email sent to you in either individual,
or daily digest with Yahoo. If there is a need to be on no mail please
fill out an LOA form and
speak to all of your committee's leaders first.

3.)All members are asked
to have our S.U.G.A.R. banner placed on their
website and/or dedication site and linked to:
http://www.sugarsisters.org/
DO NOT RESIZE OR CHANGE THIS BANNER IN ANY WAY. We look for this banner
Periodically During Your membership, as well as to see if it is linked
properly.

4.)The S.U.G.A.R.
WebRing is mandatory.
It must be placed on your website and/or dedication site.
You Must Send In the Page URL where the ring is posted.

5). It is required you
only join one or two rooms to start out.
You can always join more later on, if you find you feel you can handle
it.

If you have chosen to be
on The Welcoming Committee, you must also choose another one

in order to keep your
membership

6.) Any member wishing to
join will be expected to try and maintain a positive attitude
and outlook about our group and it's members. You will not argue through
email
criticize or berate any member or staff of this group. If you feel you
are being
treated unfairly by a member or any staff member please contact our
Founder private immediately.

If it is a persistent and
continuing problem that cannot be fixed. You and/or the person
found to be responsible for causing this situation could be asked to
leave the group.
Banning members will be done only after trying to fix the situation at
hand.

7.) Your web site must be
a family friendly site to Be Considered for this group.
It is child safe and contains no pornography.
8.) No sites containing the following will be acceptable, Warez
material, violence,
or exploiting children, or contain any racism, racial slurs jokes etc.
Satanism of any kind.
These sites will NOT be accepted and will not have a S.U.G.A.R. Banner
on them.

9.)Any Member wishing to
take A LOA (Leave Of Absence) Must fill out the LOA Request Form.
You will not be on official LOA Until You have done so.
You must inform your committee (s) Leaders of any LOA requested. This Is
your responsibility.

10.)All MEMBERS
MUST join and be active in at lease ONE committee.
This is to ensure that our members are doing their part in keeping this
group
active and not just to add another banner to their pages.
